Our Personal Delivery service ensures your gift is safely delivered directly to the artist’s agency.
A dedicated staff member visits the agency in person and hands the gift to the authorized manager or staff on-site.
After the delivery is completed, we take a photo of the handover scene and provide it to you separately, allowing you to share the moment and the atmosphere of the gift with other fans.
